Pick Your Potion

I am recovering from hip replacement surgery and the modules on lower body joints and especially the psoas release module have been key to my recovery. The psoas release has helped me bridge the pain management as I've gone off the prescription meds and has allowed me to get deep, healing sleep so vital at this time. I am so grateful for these simple and effective tools created and offered by Anna through Pick Your Potion. It's been so great to be empowered with these tools!!

I have the Physical Support Magnetic Empowerment course and have been loving diving deep into the different areas of the course. Anna gave an amazing intro in the beginning explaining how her course works including what magnet healing is all about and how she suggests using the course which was super helpful! There’s also endless nuggets in these intro videos so I’ve been going back and re-watching them as I make my way through the magnet healing audios. I usually will listen to whatever audio I feel my body is craving or needs at the time. I’ve felt my body’s aches/pains and other things like a down or anxious mood feel so much better after listening to an audio. It’s a good way to reset during the day or access deeper healing before going to bed. I’m excited to check out the other courses. Thank you Anna for creating this and sharing all your knowledge!!

The course from Pick Your Potion are a great way to learn about the healing capabilities of magnetic resonance therapy. Anna has developed these courses out of a desire to create ways for her massage therapy clients to have access to tools for self-care that go above and beyond the massage therapy experience. I am still exploring, but have been extremely pleased with the results I have achieved specifically with the Psoas Release module for relieving my hip pain. Using this module is so easy and has allowed me to experience greatly lessened tension and pain in my hip. I am actually sleeping through the night again, and benefitting from restorative rest! I highly recommend these classes. The reasonable cost and 24/7 availability of focused self-care is a truly worthwhile investment in your personal healthcare journey!

Anna has created and presented very insightful, well researched and well presented information! I found her content incredibly helpful and enjoyable! I highly recommend her course to all who want to understand this important information!

Anna's ability to provide a unique healing experience is extraordinary! I immediately felt at ease when the session began. I felt bodily sensations while Anna was working and as I read over her report about what she worked on and in what order, those sensations all lined up! I also experienced a multitude of visionary imagery throughout the session that correlated with her report. Since the session, my energy and motivation has increased, my left foot pain has significantly decreased and I my cognitive functioning is way better! I've experienced and received benefits from Reiki practitioners and shaman, but Anna is both AND MORE! She intuits what would be most beneficial to all participants and provides a detailed explanation of what she worked on and how she worked on it.

I went in to the group healing session completely unaware of what to expect! I just knew it would be great because Anna’s sessions always are! It was a very powerful experience of feeling balanced with myself and my surroundings. It was pure magic!

Wow! Anna has a wealth of knowledge! She takes time before the clearings to tune into what’s going on in the collective to help guide her sessions with everyone and then shares those insights with the group in the beginning of the session to help set the framework. She has so much knowledge about the astrology of the current moment but also our bodies whether that’s with muscles, lymph, energy, chakras and breaks it down in relatable ways! It’s a combination of intuitive hits she has with all her background knowledge. So cool! And then she leads you into a long clearing where you’re welcomed to either lay down and soak it in but she makes it clear if you feel the need to move your body your welcome to do so!
